To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team by email or phone to obtain Return Authorization.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund.

Affix the shipping label provided to the package and ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Please note the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and paperwork to receive a full refund.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received defective, incomplete, or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery confirmation for assistance.

We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized in any way. We do not accept returns on fabric that was cut to sizes less than 5 yards.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
